Made by ARS is a Japanese cutlery manufacturer. This knife is used in the tradition of Sakai cuttings as well as for maintaing fruit treesand vineyards.

The stainless steel blade is available straight or curved. The elastomer handle is made for durability. The blade flips open with two hands. It does not have a locking mechanism.
