Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:
Log in to your account and visit the “Order History” section.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Partial Refunds:
If only part of your order is returned, a partial refund will be issued for the returned item(s).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is returned.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it following our standard return policy.
